An Autumn release from David Caporaletti. The Bianco is 100% Adelaide Hills Moscato Giallo from the Parish Hill vineyard in Uraidla. The fruit was destemmed and left on skins for 48-72 hours before being basket pressed to stainless steel. Picked early for freshness and acid drive, this release dials down the Moscato intensity a notch for what is some seriously delicious, dry fizzy wine. Disgorged.
