This is the perfect entry into the strange and wonderful wine world of Andries and Yoko at Brave New Wine. For their daily drinking white wine, they combine Sauvignon Blanc, Vermentino, Viognier and a splash of Gewurztraminer with a little extra time on lees and some skin contact along the winemaking process. It’s super-fresh, lightly grippy, brimming with fresh-cut Summer fruits and a touch of herbal spice. It’s little funky and a lot fruity.
