The wine was wild fermented in stainless and was then transferred to oak for a six month siesta. No SO2, filtering or fining. A really outstanding rose made from Malbec and Syrah. Creamy mouthfeel leads in to sweet juicy strawberries. Hints thyme and ribena on the nose. Super smashable wine from a great young producer.
