A very complex Gamay from the brothers Romain and Jean-Guillaume. The grapes were purchased from organic growers in burgundy and its surrounds. Its clean, strong and savoury. Hints of cured meats on the nose lead into a big body with dark fruits and a saline finish. Seriously deep swirl wine, we recommend you let it open up before you get stuck in.
