This is old vine Jacquere and Altesse, extended skin maceration with partial carbonic. No sulphur is added at any stage. Colour is golden orange, cloudy on the eyes but it glows bright. So concentrated and long, acid is hugely complex, dried citrus and floral galore. Worth all the hype and price tags involved.
