Moslty destemed with a hint of wholebunch fermented in open top tank. Pressed into french barriques for 12 months. Dark berries and spices start prolonged by fine and delicate tannins that are carried by this specific mineral zing from the volcanic soils of Mount Gambier. Another home run from Andrew and Louise. Drink with your mates and swirl deeply.
