Made from 85% various apples and 15% Howell pears. The fruits were able to fully ripen on the trees and harvested and crushed throughout the harvest season. Following crushing they were allowed to macerate for varying amounts of time, pressed and barrel fermented. A complex and mature cider. Drink it like fine a wine.
