100% Doradillo from Southern Barossa, age of 85y, Doradillo is high cropping, high acid retaining variety. Picked early march, we decided to make up some different ferments this year and really push some high tone components. The result, a vibrant and typical Doradillo, hints of nectarine, vanilla and hops, this Doradillo is the quirkiest one made so far. To give a visual idea, it feels like ice skating for the first time but realising that you could definitely play ice hockey later on – Yetti and the Kokonut.
