A wild Savignin aged under flor made by the inspired Adelaide Hills producer Brendan Keys. When peering through a hole into the barrel, BK saw a blue sky, a layer of flor yeast and a textural orange wine- thus Yellow Wine, Blue Sky. This is a very special release for us and we’re super stoked to have a few bottles available. Chuck it in the cellar or open right now, you’ll have a seriously wild time either way.
