Organic sauvignon blanc from Torrens Valley Orchard in Gumeracha (northern end of Adelaide Hills). Barrel-ferment on skins for a couple of days. Elevage in seasoned barriques. No additions to the wines apart from a kiss of SO2. Pungent grassy and savoury notes that nods to Loire sauvignon blanc with the richness of a Californian style. Nice grip and phenolics from a few days of skin contact.
