A blend of Adelaide Hills Vermentino (55) and Cortese (45) both processed seperately and spending a couple days on skins before being pressed and fermented in tank.
Textural, food friendly Ligurian style white wine is the brief here. Think lemon pith, white flowers, sea spray and nectarines. Palate has a full and oily texture upfront with a solid acid line to close.
