100% Sauvignon Blanc. Light orange colour – clear and vibrant. Subtle fragrance at first. Mandarin and a hint of iodine. As it opens you will find restrained aromas of papaya and melon, with faint herbaceous notes too. Very fresh and linear, lovely phenolics and tension. Medium-plus acidity. Zippy fruit, where unripe mandarin and apples dominate. Noticeable mineral detail on the finish thanks to the silex. Really delicious and refreshing. A touch of salinity adds more appeal. Gentle grip, drive, detail, and excellent balance overall. Very cool- Larkin Imports.
