Nebbiolo. Whole berries fermented in 1000L oak vats, left on skins for 6 months post ferment. Matured in 2000L Stockinger foudre, no filtration.
Distinctly floral, layered with red fruit and a slight gamey twist. Quite rich palate with a long, fine tannic finish. Early days yet as these wines tend to show themselves over a long time- Brian Martin.
