Still apple cider left on pulp for 2 weeks, then pressed to barrel and left on full lees. Stored in oak for 5 years! Bottled with zero ads. Left to rest for 12 months under diam closer. Woweeeee what a treat, oxidative cider who would have thought! Drinks with the texture and grit of orange wine. Bright crisp green apple, and raisins. Gentle oaky kiss to finish. Bloody delicious.
