100% Sauvignon Blanc. Whole bunch, direct press, with ferment commencing in fibreglass. Transferred to old barrels for 12 months. No fining or filtration. Zero SO2. Plenty of acidity throughout, a lot of energy and finesse on offer. Silky smooth, tasting green apples, lemon verbena and exotic fruits. Perfectly crisp, delicious!
