100% Pineau d’Aunis. 20% whole bunch with a short maceration in fibreglass. Transferred to old barrels for 18 months. Zero SO2. Made in tiny quantities. (only 48 bottles allocated to Australia). A gentle wine with red fruits and light spices. Seriously silky and a good amount of texture. A beautifully made, big swirl wine by Bertjan Mol.
