From a vineyard up in the Grampians. Picked early and whole bunch pressed straight to oak. Lees stirred as much as possible for the first 3 months and then left for another 6 to chill out. Unfiltered and unfined with a wild ferment. Early summer ripeness to it with a chalky texture. Really impressive wine from one of Australia’s up and comers. Perfect for on the couch or in the backyard.
