This is Pinot Noir from the Bellarine Penninsula – down near Geelong. This wine has tonnes of depth and power, with cherries, black tea, and spices all over the place. It has a real velvety mouthfeel. So good for the price. It’s a serious Pinot, worth hanging on to a bottle for a few years, but also great to drink now.
