Straight Sangiovese of which 70% is from Tumblong Hills and 30% from the Mallaluka property. Natural yeast fermentation with 20% whole bunch. Extended skin maceration for at least 20 days, then pressed into seasoned and neutral French oak hogsheads and barriques to age for 10 months. Beautiful cool climate Sangiovese that is smashable and easy going.
