Quite new and relatively unknown in Australia, are the wonderful wines from Rémi and Patricia Bonneton. Based at the northern tip of Ardèche. This wine comes from young vines in Sardan (Gard), grown on clay and limestone. The site is 150M above sea level. 7 days maceration for the Viognier, and direct press for the others. Aged for 8 months in Tinaja and Demi-Muid. Zero SO2. The result is a stunning orange colour. Citrus, apricot and florals. Fresh in the mouth and a restrained perfume. A delicious wine.
