This shiraz comes from strong 20 year old vines picked from Murdoch Hill, Oakbank. 100% whole cluster open top fermentation, 11 months in French oak puncheons of which 25% were new. Gareth has done is again with this Shiraz, showing the strength of Adelaides cool climate reds.
