Okarakuchi is the ‘house’ dry-style of Sake from Akishika Shuzo. The word ‘kara’ means ‘dry’ in Japanese and in this case ‘O-karakuchi’ means extra dry palate. This sake has an intensely spicy nose with hints of honeydew melon and lychee.
