Light, ultra fresh iteration of the extended Pinot family, with organic Noir, Gris, and Blanc, co-fermented, destemmed, and left on skins for 10 days. The best of all three varieties firing in sync, with great acid drive, heaps of floral and boiled lolly flavors, a hint of earthiness, and superfine but velvety tannin. A serious wine but a playful one too.
