Pinot Gris from this site is left on skins for 14 weeks. A textural, mineral and complex wine, appears as and drinks more like a light red, but with incredible freshness and tart-tangy acidity. Pretty perfumes and tannins dancing around keeping a tight mouth feel. A delicious wine, reminiscent of the likes of Radikon, Gravner and Dario Princic.
