A beautifully made Savagnin by Andy of Analog Wines. This wine undergoes a natural fermentation and maturation in Qvervi (egg shaped clay pots buried in the ground) for 10 months. His homage to Georgian wine making techniques is displayed strongly in this wine with deeply complex textures and minerals. A fresh stone fruit and sweet mandarin finish. A wine for the dinner table or the couch.
