Sangiovese from 6 different growers in the region. Processed as whole bunch, natural ferment that was left mostly untouched and then left on skins for 21 days. Matured in small 5 year old French oak casks. A truly smashable Sangiovese that we certainly can’t get enough of here at Waxtop. Perfect for the park with some small bites.
