This wine is dominant Semillon 80%, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and the grapes were co picked and co-fermented and went through the exact same process as the artesian lava being kept on skins for 3 months, pressed to barrel and bottled just before the 2021 harvest. Being from Robe it’s richer with a mouth-filling texture and depth. This orange wine is oxidative in its style with long tannins yet still holding freshness and expressing tropical fruit flavours- LoFi Wines.
