Adelaide Hills Brachetto from the Parish Hill vineyard in Uraidla. The fruit was de-stemmed and immediately basket pressed to stainless steel. Bottled directly at the end of primary fermentation with a dash of Nebbiolo. Just lightly spritzy and ever so slightly off-dry, clean and crisp. Just perfect for that pre-dinner aperitif or simply anytime you want to be reminded of Summer. Disgorged. No Added SO2. Only 625 bottles filled.” – Architects of Wine
