Sigurd wines are made by Dan in Barossa, another producer from the area pushing boundaries in favour of ‘minimal intervention’ winemaking. This is a blend of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Vermentino and Gewurztraminer. Vinified separately, some on skins and some not and then blended back together. Another beautiful introduction to the orange wine style. The freshness and texture of this wine is a delight.
