Hailing from the Derwent Valley in Meadowbank, Tasmania. 9 months on lees in old oak then 9 months in bottle to relax as they were super sharp from the cool 2020 Vintage. Has huge ageing potential. Natural ferment, no fining and a touch of sulphur in the parts per million range.
