100% Sauvignon Blanc. Vibrant and expressive on the nose with essences of cool river water running over stones. It’s Fresh with subtle notes of lemon, fresh crisp apple, white flowers and lemon sherbet. To taste it is very fresh with huge buzzing energy, very clean and elegant, and a departure from the unglamorous characteristics of sauvignon (passionfruit, cat pee, grass etc). An elegant choice for Autumn.
