100% Sauvignon Blanc. Whole bunch, direct press, with ferment commencing in fibreglass. Transferred to old barrels for 18 months. Zero SO2. Super fresh and textural, soft stonefruits with light acidity. Works very well with food, beautifully made and a real pleasure to drink.
