An equal blend of the North, East, and South Rieslings from Peter Dredge’s 2020 vintages, bottled unfiltered with some residual sugar. 9 months on lees and a small amount of time in old barrels to add some weight. Classic steely citrus notes you expect from Riesling but with this powerful overtone of savory, salty, honey, and umami flavours. A fine chalky texture and a long distinct nutty finish. A wildly compelling wine.
