This spirit is based on the dried kernel of a plum, which has a similar scent and flavour to almonds as well as marzipan high notes. Distilled marigolds add a tannic quality that reminds us of the skin of a plum. Named after a Robert Frost poem in case you were wondering, The Plum, I Suppose is subtly sweet and refreshing.
