From Caroline Ledédenté comes this stunning cuvee. Grain par Grain or little by little essentially relates to her journey as a winemaker. She only works with tiny quantities of vines, however, has produced a wine of experienced finesse and big freshness. Similar to Jean Yves Peron’s cotillon, this is an orange wine that is light in structure with a bold colour that really is beautiful to drink. Smashable with lasting acidity- a must try!
