A savoury and texture driven expression of Grillo. Hailing from Sicily, Nino Barraco is known for going against the grain of Marsala region – being traditionally famous for solera aged wines. His vineyard is so close to the coast, that salty water infiltrates through the soils. Beautifully aromatic and oh so refreshing. A true and complete expression of the region. A lovely long and salty finish.
