100 % Savagnin from the biodynamically certified vineyard of Gemtree in Mclaren flat. We added a little bit of whole bunch to the ferments this year. We really like the seriousness of the Mt Sav, but wanted to add more joy to the wine, the whole bunch really lifts the Mt Savagnin this year, more fluidity and freshness – Yetti and the Kokonut.
